Meet Michael Gallant

A New York native, Michael E. Gallant has spent most of his career focusing on medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation and medical device claims.

Mr. Gallant is located in the Pollack & Flanders, LLP, Washington DC office and is admitted to practice in Washington DC, New York and before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He is a 1989 Bachelor of Arts graduate of Fordham University and a 1995 Juris Doctor graduate of Catholic University of America.

Prior to joining Pollack & Flanders, LLP, Mr. Gallant was a partner at two both Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, and Herman, Mathis, Casey, Kitchens & Gerel, LLP. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the D.C. Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
