Mr. Pollack is a Boston personal injury lawyer who is a 1991 graduate of Emory University Law School and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is the co-chair of the Fen-Phen Litigation Group of the American Trial Lawyer’s Association and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys and the Law School Trial Advocacy Committee.

Prior to forming Pollack & Flanders, LLP, with Albert C. Flanders, Mr. Pollack was the co-founder and partner of Hugo & Pollack, LLP.
